Bayard is acting as co-counsel to Crdentia Corporation and its nine affiliated debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Crdentia filed for bankruptcy protection on March 17, 2010. Crdentia is also being advised by lawyers from Gersten Savage LLP. Crdentia provides healthcare staffing services to hospitals and other healthcare facilities in five states and also provides home healthcare services to patients in their homes in four states. Crdentia currently serves over 1,000 hospital, government, clinic, nursing home, and home care clients and facilitates the placement of staff.
