Bayard attorney Michael J. Scali presented to a Vietnamese delegation of business people on September 22, 2009.  The presentation was hosted by the Delaware chapter of the World Trade Centers Association.  The delegation visited the United States in order to investigate new markets for their existing businesses, and to learn of new opportunities to invest in the United States.  Scali's presentation covered both specific issues relating to the formation of Delaware entities, and various other issues that may be encountered when doing business in the United States.

Scali is a director at Bayard. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending, commercial and residential real estate, corporate formation and governance, alternative business entities, and commercial transactions. Currently, Michael is a member of the firm's associates committee.
