Director presents a lunchtime seminar covering dealings with the Collection Division of the Internal Revenue Service including discussions regarding offers in compromise, installment agreements, and penalty abatement requests to the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA) on Friday, December 18, 2009. The seminar will take place at the Brandywine Hundred Library.
