Bayard attorneys and staff are participating in a Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Food Bank of Delaware. Containers provided by the Food Bank of Delaware have been placed in the Bayard reception lobby and the lobby of 222 Delaware Avenue so that all building tenants can participate. Donations of canned goods and non-perishable food items are being collected through Friday, November 21 when the collected items will be taken to the Food Bank of Delaware’s Newark facility to be distributed throughout the Delaware Food Bank’s network of Hunger-Relief Program Partners.

The Food Bank distributes millions of pounds of food and grocery products each year through a network of 550 hunger-relief program partners throughout the state and also provides thousands of meals a month for children through the After-School Nutrition Program, the Summer Food Service Program and the Backpack Program.
