Neil Glassman and Evan Miller attended the Annual Spring Meeting of the American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) in National Harbor, Maryland on April 29th through May 2nd. The conference, attended by over 1000 lawyers, financial advisors and other restructuring and turnaround professionals from around the country, included three and a half days of seminars and presentations on hot topics in bankruptcy and restructuring, including a special focus on the tough policy choices facing the current administration and Congress. Presenters included distinguished judges as wells as other leaders in the field of insolvency. The ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.
