Bayard Attorneys Evan T. Miller and Vanessa R. Tiradentes Admitted to Delaware Bar
Bayard P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, announced today that associates Evan T. Miller and Vanessa R. Tiradentes have been admitted to the Delaware Bar effective December 14, 2009.
Evan T. Miller will concentrate his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring, particularly in the area of debtor and creditor rights under Chapter 11. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.A. in History in 2004 and earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2009. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Wilmington, Delaware. Miller also served as the Internal Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review.
Vanessa R. Tiradentes will concentrate her practice on corporate and commercial litigation. She graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Latin American Studies in 2006 and earned her J.D. from Hofstra University, School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Tiradentes served as a research assistant to Professor Ronald Colombo.
