Bayard Attorneys Glassman, Brauerman and Alberto Recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine

Neil B. Glassman is chairman of the Board of Directors of Bayard and chairs the firm’s bankruptcy group. Neil focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency law, and insurance and entity law. Neil regularly represents debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors or equity holders, secured lenders, banks and insurance companies, financial institutions and publicly and privately held businesses in large bankruptcy cases and other insolvency proceedings including insurance company insolvencies. An experienced transactional attorney, Neil has also developed a substantial practice representing clients in relation to the law of Delaware business entities including corporations, business trusts, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and conventional and captive insurance companies.
Stephen B. Brauerman is a director at Bayard. Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal Courts. He has litigated a wide array of cases involving fiduciary duty claims, corporate and alternative entity control disputes, advancement/indemnification, breach of contract, antitrust, securities, patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trademark matters. Steve also counsels clients concerning the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware and Delaware’s alternative entity statutes. Steve was also recognized as a Rising Star in 2012.
Justin R. Alberto is an associate at Bayard. Justin focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. He has experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, equity committees, lenders, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, plan administrators, and other interested entities in various bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings. In addition to his restructuring practice, Justin also has experience representing entities involved in litigation arising under and transactions governed by the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
