Bayard Selected as Co-Counsel to the Claire’s Stores, Inc. Unsecured Creditors’ Committee
Bayard has been selected to serve as co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in In re Claire’s, Inc. (Case No. 18-10584 (MFW)) filed on March 19, 2018, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. On March 27, 2018, the Office of the United States Trustee formed the Committee. After its formation, the Committee selected Cooley, LLP and Bayard, P.A. as its legal counsel and Province, Inc. as its financial advisor. Bayard attorneys Justin R. Alberto, the lead director for Bayard’s representation, Erin R. Fay and Gregory J. Flasser are involved in the matter.
