Richard D. Kirk is a director at Bayard. He focuses on general business litigation, intellectual property litigation, administrative law, and alternative dispute resolution. Dick came to practice in an age of generalists, not specialists, and as a result has appeared in virtually all of Delaware’s courts. He brings with him a career of varied experiences that help shape and inform his work on each new case. His practice now tends toward the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
