Bayard Selected as Delaware Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in In re Endeavour Operating Corporation, et al.

Bayard is serving as Delaware counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in In re Endeavour Operating Corporation, et al. (Case No. 14-12308 (KJC)) filed on October 10, 2014 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”).  The United States Trustee formed the Committee on December 11, 2014. Shortly thereafter, the Committee chose Bayard and Thompson & Knight LLP as legal counsel. Bayard attorneys Neil B. Glassman, Scott D. Cousins and Evan T. Miller are involved in the representation.

The Debtors, based in Houston, Texas, engage in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas resources onshore in the U.S. and offshore in the U.K. North Sea, holding working interests in oil and gas leases in the U.S. and oil and gas licenses in the U.K. In limited instances, the Debtors serve as parties that assume control of operations on a license or lease.
