Bayard, PA is pleased to announce that David Miller-Myers has joined the firm as an eDiscovery Coordinator as of July 23, 2018. David will coordinate and manage the electronic discovery needs of the firm’s clients in its litigation and bankruptcy practices. “Adding a dedicated eDiscovery professional like David allows Bayard to offer first-class eDiscovery management services to our clients and co-counsel.  In contrast to other Delaware firms without these capabilities, David will facilitate our litigation and bankruptcy groups in providing eDiscovery advice that ensures a defensible process under Delaware’s exacting standards,” says Pete Ladig, Co-Chair of Bayard’s litigation group.

David is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law in 2003 where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, participated on the Honor Board and was the Associate Editor of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Journal.  He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has worked in a number of roles which include assisting in data review and trial preparation.  Prior to joining Bayard, David managed eDiscovery at a large firm in Philadelphia.
