Bayard Welcomes Sophie Macon as an Associate

Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware is proud to welcome Sophie E. Macon an associate in the Corporate Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. She is admitted to the State of Delaware bar and will be admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in a ceremony later this month.
Before joining Bayard, Sophie graduated from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Sophie served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. In recognition of her work as a staff member for the Journal, Sophie received the Michael P. Gullet Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Editing in 2016.
Prior to law school, Sophie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Political Science and History.
