Bayard's Evan T. Miller and Vanessa R. Tiradentes Admitted to Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars
Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, announced today that associates Evan T. Miller and Vanessa R. Tiradentes have been admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. Miller and Tiradentes were admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2009.
Evan T. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring, particularly in the area of debtor and creditor rights under Chapter 11. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.A. in History in 2004 and earned his J.D. cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2009. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Wilmington, Delaware. Miller also served as the Internal Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review.
Vanessa R. Tiradentes concentrates her practice on corporate and commercial litigation. She graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Latin American Studies in 2006 and earned her J.D. from Hofstra University, School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Tiradentes served as a Managing Editor of Production of the Journal of International Business and Law.
Bayard has a nationally recognized practice in commercial bankruptcy and corporate and commercial litigation, securitization and structured finance. Other established practices include counseling clients in the formation of corporations and other alternative entities, real estate, intellectual property, insurance, tax, family law, estate planning and estate administration.
