Evan T. Miller, an associate with Bayard’s bankruptcy group, recently attended the 2013 Meritas U.S. Regional Meeting in Fort Worth, Texas on the firm’s behalf.  This year’s conference dedicated its first day to a forum for managing partners while the second day focused on marketing and ethical matters.  Bayard is a founding member of Meritas, an established global alliance of independent, full-service law firms, and is the organization’s only Delaware affiliate.

Since 1990, Meritas has carefully vetted and invited select, like-minded firms to join the non-profit alliance for their mutual benefit.  Today, there are 178 Meritas law firms worldwide, in over 80 countries.  To maintain membership, Meritas firms agree to perform under a uniquely comprehensive Quality Assurance Program, ensuring that clients receive the same high quality legal work and service from every Meritas firm.
