Evan T. Miller, of Bayard, P.A.’s Bankruptcy Group, attended the 2015 American Bar Association (ABA) Annual Meeting from July 30 through August 2, 2015, held in Chicago, Illinois.  Evan attended as one of the two Delaware delegates to the ABA Young Lawyers Division (ABA YLD).  As a member of the ABA YLD delegation, Evan heard argument and voted on a variety of resolutions when the Assembly convened on July 31 and August 1.  Evan is a Vice Chair of the ABA YLD’s Bankruptcy Committee and the outgoing Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section.

The Annual Meeting, entitled “Greatness in Every Direction,” featured opportunities to network with the thousands of fellow attendees and 20 CLE Showcase Programs. The ABA, one of the world’s largest voluntary professional organizations, is committed to supporting the legal profession with practical resources for legal professionals while improving the administration of justice, accrediting law schools, establishing model ethical codes, and more.

Evan is a member of the executive boards of several other professional associations, including TMA NextGen Philadelphia and the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
