Charlene D. Davis and Douglas M. Hershman Have Been Named Delaware Super Lawyers for the Fourth Consecutive Year

She regularly represents creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees and debtors in many large bankruptcy cases. She is an experienced federal litigator and a former Assistant United States Attorney. Charlene currently is Chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. She has been recognized by Chambers USA in 2009 and by Lawdragon 3000 in 2007 and 2009 as a leader lawyer in bankruptcy and restructuring. She was previously designated as a Delaware Super Lawyer in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights in the June 2007, 2008 and 2009.
