Charlene D. Davis, a director in the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Group, was recently elected to serve as Secretary of the Bankruptcy Section of the Delaware State Bar Association ("DSBA").  Charlene's term in that position will begin on July 1, 2007 and extend to June 30, 2008.  The Bankruptcy Section of the DSBA includes attorneys who practice in the areas of business and consumer bankruptcy law as well as judges sitting in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
