Curtis P. Bounds, the head of Bayard's Family Law Department, will present the Annual Family Law Case update at the 2011 Family Law Update on November 18, 2011. Curtis has been the editor and presenter of the Family Law Case update since 2004. The Case update is a review of reported and unreported decisions from the prior year issued by the Delaware Family Court and the Delaware Supreme Court. The Case update always closes the day of continuing legal education for the Delaware family law bench and bar.
