Justin Alberto Elected as a Board Member for 2 Legal Associations

Justin Alberto was recently elected to serve as a board member for the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Federal Bar Association and as a member of the Pro Bono Committee for the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.

The Federal Bar Association is dedicated to strengthening the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary and the public they serve. The FBA aims to be recognized as the premier bar association serving the federal practitioner and judiciary. The FBA represents the Federal legal profession and consists of more than 15,000 federal lawyers, including 1,200 federal judges, who work together to promote the sound administration of justice and integrity, quality and independence of the judiciary. The FBA also provides opportunities for scholarship and for judges and lawyers to professionally and socially interact.

The Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court is an award-winning Inn of Court, located in Wilmington, Delaware. It is open to all members of the Delaware Bar who practice in the areas of commercial and individual bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law. The DBIC promotes skill improvement, professionalism and legal ethics through its monthly informative programs, mentoring system and development of detailed materials distributed at each program. Each monthly program revolves around a series of lectures, skits or other creative avenues of discussing a specific topic of current interest to bankruptcy attorneys.
