Wilmington, Delaware- On Thursday, March 28, 2019, Peter B. Ladig, co-chair of Bayard’s litigation group is scheduled to speak at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Business Law during the business divorce portion of the Recent Developments in Business & Corporate Litigation: Annual Review Panel program. The program will also feature panelists Justice Timothy Driscoll of the New York Supreme Court and Vanessa Tiradentes, former Bayard associate, now a partner at Gould & Ratner in Chicago.

Pete is the co-chair of the Business Divorce Subcommittee of the Business and Corporation Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA. He has extensive experience in the growing area of the business divorce, particularly requests for judicial dissolution of limited liability companies and corporations.
