Senior Counsel Jamie L. Edmonson attended the Annual Spring Meeting of the Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”). The conference was held in New York City on April 20-22, 2010. Jamie joined approximately 300 lawyers, financial advisors and other restructuring and turnaround professionals from around the country for two days of seminars and presentations on hot topics in bankruptcy and restructuring. Ron Insana, CNBC senior analyst and David Gergen, CNN Senior Political Analyst, both presented speeches on the state of the economy. TMA is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.
