The Bayard Firm announced today that attorneys Peter B. Ladig and Ashley B. Stitzer have been elected to Directors effective January 1, 2007. Both were previously associates with the firm.

Peter Ladig is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate governance and commercial litigation, stockholder litigation, fiduciary duties, partnership and limited liability company disputes, and class action and derivative lawsuits. The majority of his practice is in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Ladig received his bachelor's degree from Yale University in 1993 and his law degree with distinction from Emory University School of Law in 1996.
Ashley Stitzer is a member of both the Bankruptcy and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. Stitzer also advises clients with intellectual property litigation needs. She received her bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College of California in 1991, and her law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1996.
