Bayard associate Vanessa R. Tiradentes attended the 22nd Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute Conference sponsored by Tulane University Law School. The conference was held in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 15-16, 2010. They joined approximately 200 other lawyers for two days of seminars and presentations on hot topics in corporate law, including ones on the latest trends in mergers and acquisitions and statutory developments in Delaware. On April 15, Peter B. Ladig co-hosted a dinner which was attended by attendees and members of the Delaware judiciary.
