Ashley B. Stitzer is a director at Bayard. Ashley focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. She has considerable experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, official Creditors’ Committees, trustees, and debtors in bankruptcy cases. Ashley joined Bayard in 2000.
