Biography
Michael H. Walter is an associate in Bayard’s Litigation Department. Michael focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
Michael graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2023. While in law school, Michael participated as a student attorney in Vanderbilt University’s Housing Law Clinic. He was also a research assistant for Professor Brian T. Fitzpatrick, a leading scholar in the areas of class action litigation and attorneys’ fees. Michael was admitted to Vanderbilt as a Chancellor’s Law Scholar and received a Dean’s Leadership Award.
