Daniel A. O’Brien is an associate at Bayard. Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation.
Dan joined Bayard in 2007 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable James T. Vaughn Jr., President Judge of the Delaware Superior Court. While in law school, Dan was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship.
