Bayard attorneys Scott G. Wilcox and Elizabeth A. Rocco presented to the Homebuilders Association of Delaware on September 28, 2009.  The topic of the presentation was the Delaware Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act, which became effective in Delaware on September 30, 2009.  The seminar was attended by members of  the builder and realtor communities.
 
Wilcox is a member of the firm’s litigation group.  He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation.  He regularly provides counsel to clients with various business litigation matters in addition to real estate, zoning and land use, construction and environmental matters.  Scott also provides commercial litigation support to the firm’s bankruptcy and intellectual property groups.

Rocco is an associate at Bayard.  Elizabeth concentrates her practice in the areas corporate formation and governance, and corporate and commercial transactions.
