Director, Neil B. Glassman and Senior Counsel, Jamie L. Edmonson attended the American Bankruptcy Institute's Winter Leadership Conference in La Quinta, California on December 4 and 5, 2009. Approximately 500 bankruptcy professionals from all over the country attended the event. Bayard sponsored the opening reception at the conference. Neil Glassman spoke on a panel entitled Ethics/Law School: It's a Small, Small, World: Inherent Conflicts in Representation of Closely-held Entities and Joint Representation.
