Bayard’s Douglas M. Hershman Recognized by Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel magazine
WILMINGTON, Del. – January 5, 2010 – Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington Delaware, announced today that Douglas M. Hershman, a director with the firm and Chair of its Executive and Marketing Committees, will be recognized in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition to be published in May 2010.

He is also actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Delaware and was recently elected as a Life Director. He serves on the Board of the Wilmington Economic Development Corporation (WEDCO).
Hershman graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A., magna cum laude, in 1983, and earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1986.
