Bayard attorneys Evan T. Miller, Justin R. Alberto, Steve B. Brauerman, Sara E. Bussiere,  and Elizabeth A. Powers contributed to the Delaware State Bar Association's (“DSBA”)  first annual "The New Lawyers’ Survival Guide" that was distributed at the Supreme Court of Delaware Pre-admission Conference on November 12 and 13, 2015. The guide was organized by the Young Lawyers Section (“YLS”) of the DSBA and was put together as a reference for the future new lawyers attending the conference.

Evan served as an editor of the guide and a contributor to its bankruptcy section. Justin also contributed to the bankruptcy section, while Steve, Sara and Elizabeth contributed to the Court of Chancery and Supreme Court of Delaware sections.
