New Lawyer Joins Bayard’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups

Bayard, P.A. announced today that it has added Sara Bussiere as an associate to its Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property groups.  Sara joins the firm after completing a clerkship with the Honorable John A. Parkins, Jr. on the Delaware Superior Court.  She is admitted to the bars of the State of Delaware, Commonwealth of  Pennsylvania, and  the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association.

Sara graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Government and Law, with honors, in 2009 and earned her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law in 2012.  During law school, Sara served as the Admissions Editor of the Journal of Law and International Affairs. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Penn State Dickinson LLM Program’s legal writing class, working with lawyers from other countries on legal writing for practice in the United States.

Bayard, P.A., a Wilmington, Delaware-based firm, has a nationally recognized practice in commercial bankruptcy and corporate and commercial litigation, securitization and structured finance. Other established practices include counseling clients in the formation of corporations and other alternative entities, real estate, intellectual property, insurance, tax, family law, estate planning and estate administration.
