Bayard, a Wilmington law firm with a significant commercial and corporate business practice, announced today that firm associate Kara M. Swasey was admitted to practice law in both the State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in April, 2008. Ms. Swasey concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation.

Ms. Swasey joined Bayard in 2007 after graduating with a J.D. from Villanova University. She also holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
