Bayard attorneys Evan T. Miller, Justin R. Alberto, Steve B. Brauerman, Vanessa R. Tiradentes and Sara E. Bussiere contributed to the first annual New Lawyers’ Survival Guide that was distributed at the Supreme Court of Delaware Pre-admission Conference on November 12 and 13, 2015. The guide was organized by the Young Lawyers Section (“YLS”) of the Delaware State Bar Association (“DSBA”) and was put together as a reference for the future new lawyers attending the conference.

Evan served as an editor of the guide and a contributor to its bankruptcy section. Justin also contributed to the bankruptcy section, while Steve, Vanessa and Sara contributed to the Court of Chancery and Supreme Court of Delaware sections.

Evan currently serves on the Executive Board of the DSBA YLS through the 2015-16 term and was previously Chairman for the 2014-15 term.
