Bayard Elects Daniel Brogan and Elizabeth Powers as Directors of the Firm
Wilmington, Delaware- Bayard, P.A., a Meritas® member law firm based in Wilmington Delaware, announced that Daniel N. Brogan and Elizabeth A. Powers have been elected as directors of the firm.

Dan concentrates his practice in corporate restructuring and related litigation. Dan has represented corporate debtors, official committees, debtor-in-possession financers, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, and other significant parties in interest in various bankruptcy court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Dan also has extensive experience negotiating and litigating disputes in bankruptcy and other distressed commercial situations.
Beth concentrates her practice on commercial and corporate litigation. Beth has represented and advised clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Supreme Court, Delaware Court of Chancery, and Delaware Superior Court, including the Complex Commercial Litigation Division. Beth’s practice focuses primarily on complex contract disputes, business divorce cases, judicial dissolutions of corporations and limited liability companies, disputes regarding fiduciary duties of officers and directors of corporations, actions for advancement or indemnification of attorneys’ fees and expenses, and anti-suit injunctions.
