Bayard Substituted as Lead Counsel to Capsule International Holdings

Bayard has been substituted as bankruptcy counsel to Capsule International Holdings et al. (the “Debtors”) f/k/a Constar International Holdings et al. in a jointly administered Chapter 11 case pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”). The Debtors filed voluntary petitions in the Bankruptcy Court on December 19, 2013. An unsecured creditors committee (the “Committee”) was appointed on January 6, 2014. On March 25, 2014 the Court approved a stipulation resolving challenges by the Committee to the pre-petition secured claims. Pursuant to the order approving the stipulation, Charles M. Forman (“Forman”) was appointed as the sole director of the Debtors. On July 31, 2014, the Bayard filed a notice of substitution as counsel for the Debtors and the Debtors filed an application to retain Bayard, which is pending Court approval. Bayard attorneys Charlene D. Davis and Evan T. Miller are involved in the representation.

The Debtors produced polyethylene terephthalate plastic containers for food and beverages, with employees and operations in the U.S. and U.K.
