Bayard attorneys Stephen B. Brauerman and Justin R. Alberto attended the 2014 Federal Bar Association Annual Meeting in Providence, Rhode Island from September 4-6, 2014. Brauerman, who is Vice President of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, assisted other representatives of the Delaware Chapter in a CLE presentation showcasing the Delaware Chapter’s Federal Trial Practice Seminar, a biannual intensive trial advocacy program administered by the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Delaware District Court Judges and a panel of nationally recognized practitioners. Alberto is a member of the board of the Federal Bar Association’s national Bankruptcy Law Section.
