Bayard Selected as Delaware Counsel to the GNC Holdings, Inc. Unsecured Creditors Committee

Bayard, P.A. has been selected to serve as Delaware counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in In re GNC Holdings, Inc., et al. (Case No. 20-11662 (KBO)).  The Office of the United States Trustee formed the Committee on July 8, 2020.  After its formation, the Committee selected Bayard, P.A. as its Delaware counsel, Lowenstein Sandler LLP as its lead counsel, BRG Financial Services as its financial advisor and Miller Buckfire as its investment banker.  Bayard attorneys Scott D. Cousins, Erin R. Fay and Gregory J. Flasser are involved in the matter.

GNC Holdings, Inc. (the “Debtors”) is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based specialty retailer of health and wellness products that serves customers globally through its company and franchise locations, and its website www.gnc.com.  The Debtors filed for chapter 11 protection on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
