The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. “We have worked hard over the years to build a culture at the firm where people feel supported and appreciated for the work they do, and enjoy coming to work,” said Stephen Brauerman, President of the firm.
The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. “Our commitment to our employees is just as important as the commitment we have to our clients.
