Rankings are compiled based on independent research and in-depth interviews with key in-house counsel and private practice attorneys.

Neil B. Glassman is chairman of Bayard’s Board of Directors and heads the firm’s bankruptcy group. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency law, and insurance and entity law. Neil regularly represents debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors or equity holders, secured lenders, banks and insurance companies, financial institutions and publicly and privately held businesses in large bankruptcy cases and other insolvency proceedings including insurance company insolvencies. He has been recognized as a leading lawyer in bankruptcy/restructuring by Chambers USA each year since 2006.

In 1993-94, Dick served as the then youngest president of the Delaware State Bar Association, and has served on or chaired numerous bar and court committees and civic organizations.
