Bayard is serving as Delaware counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in In re Caché, Inc., et al. (Case No. 15-10172 (MFW)), a case that was initiated on February 4, 2015 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The United States Trustee formed the Committee on February 12, 2014. Shortly thereafter, the Committee chose Otterbourg P.C. and Bayard, P.A. as legal counsel along with Capstone Advisory Group as its financial advisors. Bayard attorneys Scott D. Cousins and Evan T. Miller are involved in the representation.

The Debtors, based in New York, New York, are an omni-channel women’s lifestyle retailer with a presence in malls nationwide.  The boutique stores offer a product line consisting of social and special occasion dresses, related casual sportswear and accessories, primarily sold under the Caché brand.
