Bayard Sponsors the Spring Market Street Music Program
Bayard is a proud sponsor of Spring 2010 Market Street Music Program. The Market Street Music Program hosts noontime and a festival concerts. All Market Street Music concerts are held at First & Central Presbyterian Church, 11th and Market Streets, on Rodney Square in downtown Wilmington.
For over thirty years, the noontime concert series of free half-hour concerts of outstanding classical, jazz, folk, and world music has been presented in a location and time that fits easily into the schedule of downtown workers and shoppers. Richard D. Kirk, a Bayard attorney, is a member of the Center City Chorale and regularly sings with this group during the Thursday noontime concert series. His next performance is Thursday, March 4 at 12:30 p.m.
The outstanding series of full-length festival concerts is held during the weekends.
