Bayard’s Evan Miller Moderates Luncheon with the Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Bayard bankruptcy attorney Evan T. Miller coordinated and moderated a luncheon with Chief Judge Eric L. Frank of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (“E.D. Pa.”) in Philadelphia on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. The event was sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association’s (PBA) Bankruptcy Committee, which Evan chairs.  The luncheon provided attorneys with an opportunity to discuss best practices and other tips with Chief Judge Frank.

Evan concentrates his practice in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring and has served as Chair of the PBA’s Bankruptcy Committee since 2015; for several years prior, he served as Vice Chair.  Evan also remains active on the executive boards of several other professional associations, including TMA Philadelphia and the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, among others.

The PBA is the oldest association of lawyers in the United States. Its Bankruptcy Committee is devoted to promoting the professional development of bankruptcy attorneys and seeks to educate attorneys and law students on new case developments and current bankruptcy law trends.
