Bayard’s Evan T. Miller Elected Assistant Secretary/Treasurer of the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court
Evan T. Miller was recently reelected to the executive board of the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court (“DBIC”) as Assistant Secretary/Treasurer for the 2015-2017 term. The executive board of the DBIC will consist of the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein, the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, Lisa Coggins, Ron Gellert, Kevin Capuzzi, Marisa Terranova, and Evan. Evan previously served as the Social Chair for the 2013-2015 term.
The DBIC is an award-winning Inn of Court located in Wilmington, Delaware that is open to all members of the Delaware Bar who practice in the areas of commercial and consumer bankruptcy law. The DBIC promotes improvement in legal skills, professionalism and ethical conduct through its mentoring system. Its monthly programs involve lectures, skits and other creative avenues that facilitate discussion on topics of current interest to bankruptcy attorneys.
Evan has been with Bayard since 2009. He is the current Chairman of the Young Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and the TMA NextGen Philadelphia Committee. He is also active on the executive boards of several other professional associations, including the Philadelphia Bar Association and a section of the American Bar Association.
