Bayard’s Evan T. Miller Elected to Executive Board of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section
Evan T. Miller, an attorney with Bayard’s bankruptcy group, was recently elected to the executive board of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section (“DSBA-YLS”) for the 2013-2014 term. Evan will be serving as Treasurer for the DSBA-YLS.
The DSBA-YLS allows attorneys to become acclimated to the practice of law in Delaware, meet their new colleagues, and learn about the activities of the Delaware State Bar Association. The Section sponsors informative seminars relevant to the issues facing new attorneys, provides resources to help them establish roots in the legal community, and promotes collegiality through a variety of social gatherings in all three Delaware counties.
Evan, with Bayard since 2009, has been or remains active on committees in several other professional associations, including the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, Federal Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
