Bayard’s Justin R. Alberto participated on a panel entitled "Financial Advisors’ Toolbox" at the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors’ (AIRA) 31st Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference in Philadelphia, PA on Wednesday, June 3rd. The panel’s audience consisted of a group of investment bankers, financial advisors and attorneys in the restructuring and distressed investing fields.  The topics discussed included all aspects of debtor-in-possession financing, including cash flow modeling, negotiations, and bankruptcy strategy relative to a company’s cash flow and borrowing base.

AIRA is a nonprofit professional association serving the bankruptcy, restructuring and turnaround practice area.
