Bayard’s Justin R. Alberto participated on two panels at the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors’ (AIRA) 32nd Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference on Coronado Island, CA on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. The panels focused on current trends in restructuring support agreements and creditor recoveries in complex chapter 11 valuation cases, respectively. The audience consisted of investment bankers, financial advisors and attorneys in the restructuring and distressed investing fields.

AIRA is a nonprofit professional association consisting of accountants, financial advisors, investment bankers, attorneys, workout consultants, trustees, and others in the field of business turnaround, restructuring and bankruptcy.
