Bayard’s Stephen Brauerman Elected President of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association
Bayard Director Stephen B. Brauerman (“Steve”) was elected president of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 for a two-year term. Steve has previously served as vice president and secretary of the chapter. Steve is a 2010 graduate of the Federal Trial Practice Seminar which is sponsored by the FBA and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and has served as co-coordinator of the seminar since 2011.
The Federal Bar Association consists of more than 16,000 federal lawyers, including 1,200 federal judges, who work together to promote the sound administration of justice and integrity, quality and independence of the judiciary. The FBA also provides opportunities for scholarship and for judges and lawyers to professionally and socially interact.
Steve focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts.
