Bayard director Charlene D. Davis will serve as a panelist at the Bankruptcy Litigation Advocacy Program presented by The United States District Court and The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in conjunction with the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Charlene will participate in a discussion focused on Resolving Objections and Gaining Consensus. The Bankruptcy Litigation Advocacy Program was organized to give mid-level associates and other practitioners an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of bankruptcy litigation from experienced practitioners and Bankruptcy and District Court judges. Charlene is the former President of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The program is scheduled to take place on March 22, 2011 at the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware.
