Curtis P. Bounds has been appointed by the Delaware State Bar Association to serve on its Fee Dispute Conciliation and Mediation Committee. In this position, Curtis will participate in resolving fee controversies between lawyers and clients and between lawyers who have represented the same client. Proceedings before the Committee may be initiated by or on behalf of a lawyer or client. The Committee conducts an informal hearing and at its conclusion of the hearing, the Committee shall issues an opinion related to the dispute.
