Bayard Director, Curtis P. Bounds will serve as a panelist during the annual Delaware State Bar Association Bench and Bar Conference at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware on June 9, 2017.

Bounds, head of Bayard’s family law practice group and a former Chair of the Delaware Bar Association’s Family Law section, will participate in a panel discussion titled: The Ever-Changing Face of the American Family and its Effect on Delaware Family Law. The Honorable Felice Glennon Kerr will moderate the panel, which will discuss topics including single parent families, grandparent guardianship, and evolving immigration laws and the effect on family Law issues.    The subject matter of the panel discussion is consistent with the overall theme of the Conference this year, which is The Citizen Lawyer: Exploring the Ever-Changing Role of the Lawyer in Society.
